The price you see is the price you pay!
Here at UKAA we are open and Honest about our prices … no surprises.
We have an online website which defaults our prices to including vat, this means you have no surprises when checking out on our website.
There is an optional button at the top of our website where you can include or exclude vat.
As you can clearly see it states on each individual advert that the prices include/exclude vat or have no reclaimable vat.
An item which has no reclaimable vat is a second hand item on the margin scheme, this means you will NOT pay any vat on this product.
The price advertised is the price you will pay.

At UKAA our reclamation yard in Cannock Wood is open for visitors over the Easter Bank Holiday.
You are more than welcome to visit us and view any of our items. We have a good range of items for you to view which include Carron traditional cast iron column radiators, reclaimed Victorian floorboards, original antique Royal Mail post and pillar boxes, bespoke kitchen and dining tables, garden antiques and many more.

This garden swing seat is in excellent working order and easily comes apart for storage.

These vintage style butchers blocks are ideal to use as an extension of your kitchen worktops or are perfect to use as a kitchen central island.
The old butcher's blocks have had many years of use and have developed a fantastic patina and look.

Here at UKAA we have in stock a large selection of cast iron radiators to go in a primer finish.
These Victorian style column radiators can be collected from our Staffordshire based showroom or delivered on a next day service.
We have a full range of both thermostatic and manual radiator valves and accessories in a range of finishes to complement any radiator.

At UKAA we have just received this fantastic picture from one of our happy customers of her bespoke zinc table and timber benches.
These bespoke items were handmade here at UKAA and delivered in time for Christmas.
The table top is made from solid natural sheet metal with a reclaimed timber painted base.
Both of the benches have seats made from Victorian pine floorboards which have been waxed in a stripped pine wax.

Here at UKAA we stock a large selection of wooden flooring at our Staffordshire based reclamation yard.
We currently have salvaged Victorian pine floorboards, Old pitch pine and reclaimed tongue and groove floorboards for sale.
This vintage style flooring is ideal for period style properties and Victorian homes.
At UKAA all our boards are dry stored and are ready to fit.
We only buy floorboards that we would have in our homes.

The team at UKAA would like to wish all of our customers old and new a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
We close on the 23rd of December at 2pm for the Christmas break.
Our office and reclamation yard will be open on the 28th and 29th of December 10am until 4pm.
We will be keeping an eye on our emails over the Christmas period.
UKAA will re-open on the 3rd of January with normal business hours.

Made by hand at UKAA our range of stock tables have been made from reclaimed wood or solid metal such as zinc, copper or brass.
