At UKAA we have recently reclaimed over 700 original 1970's skittles from a local bowling alley.
These reclaimed vintage skittles are ideal to use as a quirky retro door stop and are a perfect gift idea.
The salvaged skittles have marks on them from years of strikes, doubles and spares.

UKAA have just taken delivery of over 200 new Carron cast iron radiators to go in a primer finish.
These cast iron radiators to go join our existing stock and can be collected or viewed at our reclamation yard in Cannock Wood Staffordshire.
Our cast iron radiators to go can also be delivered on a next day service if the order is placed before 12pm.
We have our most popular sizes and dimensions of column radiators in stock in a primer finish.
The radiators are ready to paint in a colour of your choice and can be painted in any paint suitable for metal work.

Here at UKAA we are able to make bespoke zinc kitchen and dining room tables to order.
Our custom built tables are made by hand to suit your individual needs and requirements, each table is tailor made for your room.
Pictured below is a Zinc X frame table and a pair of bespoke benches that we have made for our showroom.
The top has been made using natural sheet metal wrapped around exterior grade MDF, we have then made the base by hand using reclaimed timber.

Here at UKAA we have for sale a large selection of wall stays that are suitable to use with our traditional Carron cast iron radiators.
We recommend using wall stays or ties with our new cast iron radiators.
The radiator wall stays help prevent any damage occurring to your radiators, walls and pipework by stopping the radiators from being knocked or moved.
They do this by attaching the radiator to a solid wall.
We have rear mounted and front mounted options available in a range of finishes to suit the radiators and your decor.

Our team at UKAA have just finished making by hand a lovely bespoke wooden table for one of our happy customers.
This custom design table has been made using reclaimed scaffold boards for the table top and old pine for the table base.
The base has then been painted in Farrow and Ball Cornforth White to match their kitchen diner.
We have also included a bespoke drawer in the base to store our customer's place mats as requested.
As you can see from the image below the table looks fantastic.

On Monday the 1st of August From the Anvil are launching a photography competition which will run until the end of January 2017.

The team at UKAA have just finished making this fantastic zinc bar top for one of our customers.
This bespoke bar top has been made using natural zinc wrapped around premium exterior grade MDF.
We added copper nail detailing along the leading edge as requested by our customer.
UKAA make all our bar tops bespoke to order, these can be custom made to suit your individual needs and requirements.

At UKAA we have a large selection of reclaimed wooden flooring for sale which is ideal to use in period properties or modern contemporary homes.
Currently, we have a fantastic batch of hardwood parquet that we have recently advertised on our website.
The technical name for parquet is parquetry and is the process of arranging different sized blocks of wood in a geometric pattern.
This technique dates back from the 1600's and was originally used in Europe.
Different wood is often used to create contrasting colours within the pattern and herringbone is the most popular design.
The popularity of parquet flooring reached its peak in the 1920's but the flooring typing is currently making a big come back and is ideal for reception rooms and kitchens.
